Our Story
The Crew Behind Kitchen Remodeling Fairborn OH

Kitchen Remodeling Fairborn OH is a small Fairborn-based crew that measures, builds, and installs kitchens for homeowners across Greene County. Marcus Brennan runs the shop. He answers the phone before noon, walks every quote himself, and signs the written warranty at the end of every job.
Marcus grew up on the Osborn side of Fairborn and started as a cabinet apprentice out of high school. He spent most of his career as a lead on two Dayton-area remodel crews working the Wright-Patterson corridor, then started Kitchen Remodeling Fairborn OH because he was tired of watching jobs get handed off to subs who had never set foot in the house. He lives in Park Hills and still drives the same work-worn F-150 he bought the day he went out on his own.
The day-to-day is boring on purpose. Calls get answered Mon through Sat. A lead walks every kitchen before a quote goes out. Installs run with the same two or three people start to finish, not a new face every morning. End of the job you get a walkthrough, photo records, and a one-year workmanship warranty on paper. The 1950s brick ranches around Wright View and Osborn dictate a lot of what we spec: PEX replacements for galvanized supply lines, 200-amp panel upgrades when the old 60 to 100 amp tag is on the meter, and freeze-thaw rated setting products for tile in basements that run damp May through September. Dayton-area homes punish shortcuts within 18 months, so we skip them.
- 2-hour callback on weekday calls before 4pm, 48-hour in-home measure window
- Written, line-item fixed-price quotes signed by both sides before any work starts
- Fairborn-based crews: the person who measures is on the job the day of install
- 1-year workmanship warranty on every install, in writing, no fine print
- Panel and plumbing upgrades priced into the quote when old Fairborn ranches need them
